At Innovative Influence LLC, our work is based on professional time, expertise, and strategic guidance. Because clients engage us for consulting services that involve dedicated time and effort, refunds are handled in accordance with the nature of the engagement and the time already invested.

General Policy

Payments made to Innovative Influence LLC are for consulting time and related professional services. As such, fees for time already used are non-refundable, regardless of the type of work performed or deliverables produced during that period.

 

Prepaid Hours or Retainers

If your engagement includes prepaid hours or a service retainer, any unused portion of those hours at the time of a written refund request is eligible for refund. Hours that have already been consumed—whether through meetings, strategy sessions, research, design, or other billable activity—are considered delivered services and not eligible for refund.

 

How Refunds Are Processed

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your email address].

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days of approval.

• Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed consulting sessions or deliverables

• Strategic recommendations, research, or materials already shared

• Third-party costs or fees incurred on behalf of the client (if applicable)
